The success of a conference or other corporate event depends on various factors. Not least of these are the venue, atmosphere and ambience: an inspiring place where your guests can immerse themselves in the subject matter in complete tranquillity.

Our various large and small spaces, halls and foyers offer a wealth of possibilities and packages. Conferences, meetings, cultural activities, networking events, book launches, debates, proclamations, brand launches... anything is possible. Every space has fast, stable Wi-Fi and any technical setup is possible.
A professional team is at your service and, depending on your needs, we offer you the most suitable package, with or without the catering of your choice provided by Coeur Catering.
Your concert at De Bijloke
As a music centre, we organise numerous concerts every year. These range from intimate chamber music or jazz to concerts featuring a magnificent symphony orchestra. Thanks to our full range of technical facilities and a professional team of technicians, we make our venues available for concerts organised by external promoters and concert organisers.
In the past, we have hosted Stef Bos, Gabriël Rios, Koen Crucke, Stan van Samang, Viktor Laslo, Wim Mertens and many others.
Concert organisers whose events align with our own programme are featured on our website. Ticket sales via our platforms are also possible.
Small events
In addition to our concert hall, we have a number of spaces, such as our Auditorium and Library, which are suitable for smaller events such as book launches, award ceremonies, meetings, lectures, corporate training sessions,...
These spaces are equipped with the necessary technical facilities, such as projection equipment, flipcharts, sound amplification systems,...

Given the wide range of options available, we always provide bespoke quotes. Rates depend on the type of event – number of rooms and foyers, technical support, catering, number of ushers, cloakroom, etc. – and separate rates apply for socio-cultural associations and non-profit organisations.
