You can buy tickets online via your personal account in complete comfort and security, whether for individual performances or season tickets.

Your personal account includes:
- A personal shopping basket: put together your order (use the wish list!), get the best discount and choose your seats.
- Manage your subscriptions to newsletters and magazines, check your details at any time and see which concerts you’ve bought tickets for.
Session time
Once you start selecting seats and ticket quantities, you have one hour to complete your order. After that, your seats will be released again. This is more than enough time, even for large orders. As soon as your session begins, a bar showing the remaining time will appear at the top of the site.
You cannot purchase 8 or more tickets for a single concert in a single transaction via the webshop; this can only be done at the ticket desk (during opening hours: Tue–Fri, 1pm–5pm). Please bear this in mind during the pre-sale.
Tip: Have you recently become a Friend or purchased an All You Can Hear pass, but this isn’t showing up in your profile? If so, please log out first and then select ‘log in’ again.
In the TicketMatic app
Download the TicketMatic app onto your smartphone and manage all your purchased tickets in a clear and organised way. It may take up to 24 hours for tickets to appear in the app.
Having trouble placing an order? Check that your device and browser are set up correctly
To ensure your online order goes smoothly, the site needs access to cookies and JavaScript. These must be enabled and your browser must be up to date. This is necessary to stay logged in and to display the seating plans correctly on the screen.
Any error messages when ordering are usually caused by old cookies from previous, uncompleted orders. In that case, you can open an incognito window, switch browsers or clear your cookies. You will then need to log in again, after which your problem should normally be resolved.
Terms and conditions of sale
- Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Changes to the programme, venue or time are possible. In the event of any changes, we will notify you via debijloke.be and email.
- Upon receipt of the ticket, the holder waives any claim for damages, for whatever reason, against the venue management, the organisers and any other third party.
- Group bookings: You must confirm the final number of tickets no later than 5 weeks before the concert/event. Once confirmed, we will send you the invoice for payment. Confirmed tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
- School bookings: Once the number of tickets has been confirmed, we will send you the invoice for payment. Confirmed tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
