'Of Love and Fresh Water' is a photographic project by Clair Bravo that takes the form of a series of silk prints and a book, tracing journeys through queer rural communities in France. Through fragments of life during the summer months, the series engages with belonging, visibility, intimacy, and the possibility of building community in places often perceived as conservative or heteronormative.

In a suspended time shaped by warm days, collective life, and kinship, new possibilities emerge for subverting norms and imagining ways of existing together.
