Een heerlijk klankdeken om je languit – én urenlang – onder neer te vlijen
Doorzetten voorbij het comfortabele, volhouden omwille van de ervaring zelf: Morton Feldmans ‘Tweede strijkkwartet’ vraagt een bijna fysieke overgave – zij het zittend, luisterend, dwalend. In deze vijf en een half uur durende muzikale tocht ontvouwt Feldman een haast tijdloos klankweefsel, fragiel en eindeloos variërend. De hele zit lang gaat textielartiest Leïla Pile aan het weven. Het publiek mag vrij binnen- en buitenlopen, luisteren in etappes of zich door de muzikanten laten meeslepen tot de finish.
