Duo Antares

Andrea Magris, flute
Erika Perantoni, harp

The duo, composed of flutist Andrea Magris and harpist Erika Perantoni, formed in 2023 in the chamber music class of Maestro Aldo Orvieto at the “Cesare Pollini” Conservatory of Music in Padua.

In 2024, the duo obtained a second-level Master's degree in Advanced Studies in Chamber Music with the “Trio di Parma” taught by maestros Pierpaolo Maurizzi, Enrico Bronzi, Ivan Rabaglia, and Alberto Miodini at the “Arrigo Boito” Conservatory of Parma, with a grade of 110 cum laude and honorable mention. The duo further developed their skills in chamber music masterclasses with the “Trio di Parma,” Andrea Lucchesini, Simonide Braconi, and Pierre-Michel Vigneau.

He has received numerous awards in chamber music competitions. Among their collaborations, the recitals held for the Italian Harp Association, the Friends of Music of Padua, the Arpa FVG 2024 Festival, the Carniarmonie 2024 Festival and the Reate Festival 2024 stand out.

Always interested in enriching the repertoire for flute and harp, the Duo has initiated collaborations with established composers, including the composer Stefano Bellon, who dedicated the piece “La seconda fuga di Doinel” to them, premiered for the Friends of Music of Padua.

Furthermore, the Duo recorded a podcast for RAI, published on RAI play sound, in which recordings of the repertoire for flute and harp were broadcast.
