Prices, subscriptions and memberships

Standard ticket prices are always listed for each performance. All prices include booking fees. Having your ticket sent by post costs €2. 

For those who visit De Bijloke regularly, a ‘Friend of De Bijloke’ membership is the best option. 

Benefits for the 2025–2026 season

• You can buy tickets with a 20% discount throughout the season.
• You’ll enjoy a one-week early-bird advantage when ticket sales for the 2025–2026 season open.
• You can attend the Big Little Music closing concert on Sunday 25 January 2026 free of charge.
• You can attend the ECMA concert at the Gent Festival van Vlaanderen on Friday 19 September 2025 at the MIRY free of charge.

Buy at least 5 concerts at a time. Online, at the counter or over the telepohone. Your subscription discount will be applied automatically.

• Book 5 or more concerts of your choice and receive a 20% discount.
• Select the subscription plan and your subscription discount will be applied automatically.

Pay a one-off fee of €65 and enjoy unlimited access to a selection of 12 new music concerts throughout the 2025–26 season.

Students under the age of 26 can always attend a concert from our regular programme for €10.

• One ticket per student per concert.
• The discount is strictly personal; tickets cannot be transferred.
• You must bring your student card with you as proof of eligibility during your visit.
• PLEASE NOTE: this does not apply to family performances.
• You can find all the information about visiting with a school or DKO class below.
• Discover our special range of performances exclusively for schools, with discounted rates. 

For wheelchair users and holders of the European Disability Card, we provide a free companion seat so that you can enjoy the concert together. 

Wheelchair and companion seats can only be booked at the ticket desk, via tickets@debijloke.be or the ticket line on 09 323 61 00, Tuesday to Friday 1pm–5pm.

De Bijloke is a proud partner of UiTPAS Gent. This is a digital card that allows you to take part in cultural, sporting or youth activities. 

Collect points

• Collect UiTPAS points at our ticket desk.
• You can exchange these for discounts, gifts or other benefits at partner venues.

Increased subsidy

• Anyone entitled to an increased subsidy with a UiTPAS for the Ghent region (Ghent, Destelbergen, Melle, Merelbeke, Lochristi) receives an 80% discount on tickets.

How to book with increased subsidy

• Book online here after entering your UiTPAS number.
• Or book your tickets at the subsidised rate in advance.
  • During opening hours at the ticket desk or via our ticket line
  • PLEASE NOTE: bookings cannot be made at the ticket desk on the day of the concert.

Receive a €4 discount on the basic fare per ticket. One accompanying person per 20 people comes along for free. Place your group reservation via tickets@debijloke.be or 09 323 61 00.

As a school group attending a standard performance from our programme (not part of our school programme)?  

• Groups of 10 or more pupils pay just 50% of the standard ticket price per person.
• Pupils under the age of 26 pay the youth rate of €10 per person per ticket.
• One accompanying adult may attend free of charge for every 10 pupils. Additional accompanying adults per 10 pupils pay the standard ticket price.
• The group must always be accompanied by at least one teacher or tutor.
• Does your class or school have specific requirements? Please do get in touch with us to see what’s possible.
• PLEASE NOTE: not valid for family and school performances.

Groups from 10 students or students (-26) accompanied by a teacher only 50% of the normal price per person. One free supervisor may accompany each 10 students. Additional companions pay the regular ticket price.

Part-time art education

Teacher or student part-time art education? Come to a concert in group and give your students or classmates the ultimate concert experience. You enjoy a very advantageous DKO rate. Part-time art Students in a group of at least 10 people pay only 50% of the standard rate for a ticket. Are the students under 26 and still a student? Then they just pay the student rate (€ 10). One free supervisor may come with each 10 students. 

Reservations

Reservations can be made via scholen@debijloke.be or 09 323 61 00. Please note that at certain concerts the capacity for DKO and school groups is limited and there is a priority for subscriptions or single tickets.

After confirming the number of tickets, we will send you the invoice to be paid. Invoiced tickets will not be taken back or refunded. 

How to book tickets with a reduction?

Reservations for the discounts below are only possible through our box office by emailing tickets@debijloke.be. By telephone at 09 323 61 00 (tue-friday 13-17h). Or in advance during our opening hours at the ticket counter, not before the concert itself. Checking the membership and payment of the tickets is arranged in advance by e-mail via a photo of the membership card.

Members of SodiGent can also buy tickets online. 

Holders of the oKo-sector pass

50% on the basic rate. This reduction rate does not apply to family performances.

SodiGent

SodiGent members enjoy discounts for a selection of concerts in the 25-26 season. 

Vermeylenfonds

20% discount on the base rate for a selection of concerts in the 25-26 season.
Reservations can be easily made online: always have your discount code ready for this. You can request it from Vermeylenfonds directly.

Gezinsbond 

As a member of the Gezinsbond you get a 20% savings discount on a selection of family performances in season 25-26. Your membership card will be scanned at the ticket counter at the start of the performance. Afterwards, the amount of your savings discount will be settled by Gezinsbond.

Looking for the perfect gift? You can buy a gift voucher at De Bijloke all year round. A voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You choose the value yourself. The voucher is valid for all performances of Muziekcentrum De Bijloke. You can buy a voucher and pay with it online, ticket office phone and at the ticket desk.
