Remaining Shadows starts from the archives of de Bijloke, a landscape that once served as a hospital, monastery and abbey. Over time the function changed to an academy, but the traces remained present in walls, trees and paths. Images from the past are repositioned in the space where they once carried meaning. They appear as shadows, silent and intertwined with the present. What becomes visible are the traces of what once was, caught in the light of now.

KASK & Conservatorium presenteert muziek en beeldende kunst van studenten op het open grasveld van de Bijlokesite. Zes uiteenlopende installaties vormen samen een tijdelijk landschap gedurende de volledige Bijloke Wonderland periode. Op zaterdag 30 en zondag 31 augustus is er als afsluiter een muzikale interventie.
